Sekayu Recreational Forest has approximately 405 hectares. There are also have various species of plants and trees in this forest include trees that have high medicinal value.
How to get there?
You can take a bus,taxi or public transportation from Dungun and also can drive by yourself. It easy to reach here. If you are around Terengganu, it is about 56 km from Kuala Terengganu city and located 16 km from Kuala Berang market through Kuala berang highway.
Besides that, visitors can take the Jerangau Jabor road towards Pekan Ajil, then proceed to Bandar Kuala Berang. The junction to Sekayu is before Bandar Kuala Berang.
Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and Air Asia also offers direct flights from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Terengganu. From the Sultan Mahmud Airport in Kuala Terengganu, you can take a taxi to go to Sekayu Recreational Forest.

At Sekayu Forest also has a Taman Aroma that save the natural plant and beautiful flowers. So that, the visitors may look around the species of those natures.
Latest attraction is the Taman Pertanian Sekayu (Sekayu Agricultural Park). The park offers tropical fruit orchards, orchid garden, restaurant, swimming pool and recreational lake. There are kayaks available for rental.
